Founded by Neil Neumann in 1994, NNSL has heard what its customers say: Customers want prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service.
“Our customer base of industrial clients were coming to us and asking for engraving machines,” says Neil. “We did a survey of engraving systems in our western Canada region and the only one that believed in an industrial market was Xenetech.”
After conversations with Jessica at the factory, Xenetech put us in touch with distributor Steve Gonder of Xenetech Northwest. Steve was directly involved with this territory and did a terrific job. He came to visit us and on our first meeting we took him to visit a customer. We sold a system! Everyone was happy; One call-one sale. Steve was a huge asset to the success we now enjoy. Training, support, and encouragement from Steve and all the staff at the factory have proven Xenetech was the right choice for a business partner.
A Xenetech factory-training and tour quickly followed. With little time to rest we set off to visit Las Vegas to see how the pros demonstrate, promote and sell Xenetech engraving systems.
“Everyone, Xenetech representatives and Xenetech users are so friendly and helpful, that this is not like work” says Tammy Sullivan a senior sales staff.
